TERMS OF USE

1. General Provisions and Owner Information

The owner and operator of the 4sf application is:

These terms of use define the rights and obligations between GAS3TI d.o.o. and the users of the 4sf application.

2. Access and User Registration

Any natural or legal person who successfully installs the application and/or creates a user account may become a user of the application.

Certain features of the application require registration, during which the user must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information.

The user is solely responsible for safeguarding their password and account login details. The user must immediately notify the operator of any unauthorized use of their account.

3. Permitted Use and Restrictions

The 4sf application may only be used for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the application in any manner that could damage, disable, or overload the software or servers of GAS3TI d.o.o.
• Performing any reverse engineering, modifying, or copying the source code of the application.
• Uploading malicious software (viruses, Trojan horses, etc.) or false data.
• Exploiting the application for unauthorized collection of data from other users.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the 4sf application, including logos, graphics, design, text, software code, databases, and technological solutions, is the exclusive property of GAS3TI d.o.o. or its licensors. By using the application, the user acquires only a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right for personal or internal business use of the application. No part of the application may be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent from GAS3TI d.o.o.

5. Limitation of Liability

GAS3TI d.o.o. strives to ensure uninterrupted and accurate operation of the 4sf application; however, the application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The operator assumes no liability for temporary unavailability of the application, network outages, data loss, or potential performance errors resulting from force majeure or technical issues.

GAS3TI d.o.o. is not liable for any direct or indirect damage (including loss of profit) incurred by the user due to the use or inability to use the application.

6. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

The operator commits to protecting users' personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (ZVOP-2 and the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). Data regarding access to the application, login data, the location, and user rights are defined in the Privacy Policy document, accessible within the application or on the operator's website.

7. Termination of Use and Account Deletion

The user may stop using the application and delete their user account at any time via the application settings or by submitting a written request to the company's email address.

GAS3TI d.o.o. reserves the right to block or delete the account of any user who violates these terms of use or applicable legislation without prior notice.

8. Amendments to the Terms of Use

GAS3TI d.o.o. reserves the right to update or amend these terms of use at any time, primarily due to legal changes or the introduction of new features in the 4sf application. Users will be notified of material changes within the application or via email. Continued use of the application following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Slovenia govern the interpretation of these terms and the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the 4sf application. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably; failing that, the court of competent jurisdiction in Ljubljana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms of Use entered into force on the date of publication.
